The Ishpeming Area Historical Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.   We were founded in 1999 and are located in the Cliff's Shaft Iron Mining Museum on Euclid Street.   We accept donations of documents and artifacts which we may chose to display at our museum.   Our vision is to promote and encourage a better appreciation and sustained interest for the history of the Ishpeming area, as well as continue to enable discovery, participate in interpretation, and exhibit memorabilia and artifacts.   With your support, the Ishpeming Area Historical Society can continue to realize our vision.
